# What’s your refund process?

To process a refund request for faulty products, please provide supporting
documents such as photos or videos that clearly show the fault or issue. For
general cancellations, you can visit our Cancel Order page.

 * Document Review: Our team will review the submitted documents within 2-6
   business days.

 * Refund Processing: If your request is validated, the refund will be processed
   and should appear on the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

If you do not have access to the original payment method, we can offer a store
credit as an alternative. Please note, refunds can only be issued to the
original payment method used during purchase.
