Why is my delivery split?

Standard Dispatch Practice:
Please be aware that it is our standard procedure to dispatch all items together if they are available and originate from the same warehouse.

Delivery Variability:

  • While we strive for all items to arrive simultaneously, external factors such as courier operations and product availability may prevent this.

  • Instances like items being lost in transit can also affect delivery times.

Multiple Item Orders:
For orders containing multiple items (2 cartons or more), special handling is required. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver all items together at the same time.

Bulk Delivery Option:

  • Bulk delivery is optional. If not chosen, your items will be shipped with multiple consignment numbers, resulting in separate deliveries.

  • If you prefer bulk delivery, please contact us for arrangements.

Delivery Time Guide:

  • Delivery times are approximate and subject to variation based on factors like courier capacity and product availability.
